Sheepy Meadows was created from the love of our beautiful rural setting and inspired by the wildlife and nature that calls us home. Open from April to Mid-October, our setting makes a stunning backdrop cross Spring, Summer and Autumn. Set away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Sheepy Meadows is the perfect outdoor corporate events venue in Warwickshire for a secret paradise exclusively for you and your delegates.
Protecting The Countryside For Future Generations
Here at Sheepy Meadows, we are surrounded by nature and countryside that continues to inspire us daily. We want to protect this for future generations to enjoy, meaning sustainability is one of our top priorities and is shown by our GOLD ECOsmart certification awarded by experts in sustainable events Greengage Solutions.
We believe in minimizing our impact on the environment, which is why we have a zero-to-landfill policy, and in recent years we have planted 12,000 trees and installed over 500 solar panels to help offset our carbon emissions. We support local biodiversity through our very own wildflower meadow and beehives.
We also ensure that we do the small things. Office procedures include minimising paper and ink use, switching off electrical items when not in use and closing external doors to prevent heat loss. We work with local caterers who specialise in sustainable produce, to reduce food transport emissions and support local businesses.

VENUE HIRE
Our venue hire prices begin from £1500+VAT and does not include any event management, catering or bar services, these are charged in addition to your venue hire. We can arrange that all for you.
What's Included?
Our rustic 4 hat tipi venue is tucked away from the rest of the world, in your own secluded hideaway. It includes parking, toilets, activity field, electric, dance floor, surround sound, indoor bar, snug area and fire pit. Charges may apply for services such as waste.
Catering
We work with a number of recommended caterers and bar suppliers offering delicious catering options for your outdoor event, from street food to BBQs. Speak to our team for pricing and menus.
Accommodation
We’ve handpicked our favourite local accommodation and hotel partners for you and your attendees to stay with to should you wish to stay local. Speak to our team for prices and information.
